Art Show Categories
The Birregurra Art Show has a long and distinguished history, attracting hundreds of entries from artists throughout Victoria. With a total prize pool of $9000, there are various prizes, including the Main Prize of $2,000 that is awarded to the artwork judged Best in Show across all categories. Entries are open in eight (8) categories, with first and second prizes awarded at $500 and $250 respectively, in each category. In Addition, there is a special prize for the best artwork By a local Artist, Best ARtwork by a Young Artist as well as the people’s choice Prize, decided by popular vote.
