The outdoor stage of the Birregurra Kindergarten now has a colourful backdrop.
Beth Wylie, local artist and mum, is a powerhouse of creativity.
In spring 2025, she painted a beautiful design of native wildlife on paper, destined to become a unique backdrop to the outdoor stage at the Birre Kinder. The 3- and 4-year-old kids brought the design to life by painting it in with watercolour. The finished artwork was then professionally reproduced onto weatherproof material so it can be the backdrop to the outdoor stage. And doesn’t it look fabulous!
